Meetings
The Studios Hotel hosts a Conference Center, with rooms of various sizes for meetings, conventions and events. The Hollywood and Cinecittà rooms have natural sunshine lighting and can hold up to 70 and 20 people respectively. The Broadway room holds up to 100 people. The meeting rooms have all the necessary IT equipment including video projectors, audio set-up, flip charts and overhead projectors.
We can provide coffee-break and business lunch facilities, either seated or buffet.
The Hollywood room can hold up to 70 people and can host different types of conferences and events.
It is in a very quiet position.
It can be equipped in various ways. Among the most requested: set up as an audience hall, theatre hall, class room or real time space.
The Broadway meeting room is our new Conference Room and can hold 100 people, boasting the same technical characteristics as the other rooms.
The Cinecittà meeting room is our second Conference Room and holds a maximum of 20 people. It is smaller than the Hollywood room , but has the same technical set-ups, namely video projectors, overhead projectors, flip charts, audio set-up, maxi screens, simultaneous translation and video conferencing equipment.
Coffee break and restaurant services are available. You can take a break on our outdoor terrace and have business lunches with the excellent traditional cuisine proposed by our chef.
